The Bridging the Gap: Research Informing Practice and Policy for Healthy Youth Behavior project is a national survey of elementary schools, intended to collect information on school and district-level policies and practices regarding nutrition and physical education. It is a complement to the Monitoring the Future ?YES? project that is conducted here at the Survey Research Center.
SRO?s involvement under this proposal is limited to the sample design and Weighting tasks. Building on the work SRO staff already performed, we will select the replacement sample and prepare the probability of selection weights for the new sample of schools.
Deliverables for this project will be a list of the selected schools and the selection weights for the supplemental sample of school districts, and a final cost report.
