This proposal is a supplement to the already-funded Harlem Children?s Zone (HCZ) project. The purpose of this supplement is to the increase in interview length from 60 minutes to 90 minutes. The survey questionnaire length (funded under the main project) will be approximately 70 minutes and a new component, a Woodcock-Johnson (WJ) assessment lasting approximately 20 minutes; will be administered by SRO field interviewers consecutively with the survey.
