The research will focus on consumer response to the 2009-2010 Fiscal Stimulus program. The topics will range from consumers’ perceptions of the comparative risks involved with various financial instruments and the impact of the stimulus program on current spending. Under this portion of the proposal, the Board will be charged for the data processing and documentation of the May and July 2009 Fiscal Stimulus section.
