This is a subcontract for Frank Stafford to participate on Yang Wai Wai’s National University of Singapore?s project titled “Singapore National Panel Project.” Dr. Stafford will serve as a Collaborator to the project and will provide expertise, know-how, and advice to team members from the Institute of Policy Studies (IPS) in the Lee Kuan Yew School of Public Policy, National University of Singapore.
