Andy Peytchev will be added to the proposed NSF project entitled: Reduction of Survey Length through Split Questionnaire Design: Consequences for Nonresponse and Measurement Error. He is responsible for developing the survey instrument, implementation of the experiment by the external vendor, analysis, and dissemination. He will collaborate on these tasks with the PI at RTI (Peytcheva), the senior advisor (Raghunathan), and the graduate student.
