SRO will be responsible for data entering audio-recorded responses collected during the interviewer-administered survey component funded separately. The data entry plan is based on our best estimate of hours that targets the data entry of approximately 1,127 completed interviews, each with approximately 19 open-ended questions needing data entry, each lasting on average 1 minute in length.
