In order to help find solutions for health care for all Americans and impact health care policy, the Surveys of Consumers along with the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation (RWJF), and the staff at the State Health Access Data Assistance Center (SHADAC) at the University of Minnesota’s School of Public Health, will develop a health care consumer confidence measure. Data for this measure will be collected by the University of Michigan’s Surveys of Consumers’ monthly surveys over twelve months beginning the Spring of 2010. The Surveys of Consumers will assist with data analysis, but the dissemination of results will be the responsibility of the Robert Wood Johnson Foundation.
