The Survey Methodology Program will provide to the Veterans Administration (VA) three services during year 2: 1) sample design consultation including the selection of replacement primary sampling units when an already selected unit is not eligible or refuses to participate; 2) sample selection of veterans and age-sex-race/ethnicity-GPA matched non-veterans within up to 45 colleges and universities; and 3) consultation to the VA staff on the project concerning colleges and universities that must draw their own samples of veterans and non-veterans.
