SRO will provide expanded data management and data transfer support for your project, as the team works on GxE analysis of the Army STARRS data. A Michigan data manager will assist the biomarker working group in preparing the data transfer memo, preparing the data sets to be transferred, and executing the data transfers according to Army STARRS and STARRS-LS (Longitudinal Study) approved data transfer protocols. The initial transfer will involve a select set of survey variables to be transferred between the STARRS secure data enclave and the Michigan Flux system. Additional data transfers will be implemented as needed.
