This project is an extension of the School Leadership Improvement Study (SLIS) originally sponsored by the Institute of Education Sciences. The project is designed to collect a 4th year of survey data from participants in a randomized control trial designed to assess the causal impact of one of the largest principal training programs in the country—the McREL Balanced Leadership Program. The sponsor of this study extension is Mid-continent Research for Education and Learning through a grant to Texas A&M University.
