Get your eyes checked to keep your brain healthy, study says
CNN cited Josh Ehrlich‘s research in its report on the association between dementia and vision impairment. While previous studies have shown this link, Ehrlich’s was unique in the rigor with which vision was assessed and in how representative the sample was. Ehrlich advises keeping on top of vision care, “When it comes to vision impairment and blindness, an estimated 80 plus percent is either preventable or even reversible.”
