The purpose of this task force is to promote dialogue and collaboration among people from many different organizations and aspects of multinational, multiregional, and multicultural (3MC) survey research to identify the most pressing challenges concerning data quality and recommend priorities for future research and collaboration to further the quality and impact of 3MC surveys. Creating a 3MC survey research discipline can foster education, communication, collaboration, and theoretical and methodological development among the existing camps with their own research traditions but with the common goal of comparability.
