This project will develop a plan and changes to the TAS questionnaire instrument for potential inclusion in the Food Security Module in the 2023 wave of TAS to young adults in PSID families who are living away from home. The workscope for this project is to determine how eligibility for the Food Security Module can be programmed for the field while using a limited but accurate set of questionnaire items.
This project will also develop questionnaire content for the PR-PSID of interest to USDA, including food security, eligibility and food assistance program participation, measures of obesity, consumption, expenditures on food, and other relevant topics.
