The University of Michigan team will: 1) oversee the assay of the P2P samples at the UM Advanced Genomics core, 2) Conduct Quality Control procedures to prepare the methylation data for analysis, 3) create summary DNA methylation profile scores for analyses, 4) conduct epigenome-wide analyses in close coordination with the P2P investigators and 5) create all necessary documentation of the raw DNA methylation, cleaned DNA methylation, and methylation profile score data products for P2P investigators for release.
