TRAILS is seeking an evaluation of the impacts of their Tier 1 Social Emotional Learning (SEL) programming on student behavioral and academic outcomes in two of Michigans Intermediate School Districts (ISDs). YPL has outlined a two-year engagement to conduct this evaluation. This scope of work covers the second evaluation year, from October 1, 2022-September 30, 2023. During this period, the Youth Policy Lab will: support TRAILS administration of student surveys; manage administration of staff surveys; obtain student academic data; prepare all data sets for analysis; analyze data to assess the impact of the TRAILS Tier 1 Social Emotional Learning Curriculum on specified primary and secondary outcomes; maintain IRB and unfunded agreements for the project; and assist with report writing and dissemination activities.
