The project consists of follow-up interviews of approximately 200 participants from the 2019 Every Dollar Counts Program Evaluation (EDC). The goal of this component of the study is to conduct an in-person, semi-structured interview after the participant?s EDC baseline enrollment interview and another semi-structured interview by telephone approximately six months after participants begin to receive their monthly income supplement.
