This proposal is for the conduct of two additional waves of data collection for the STARRS project and will include the activities and assumptions for the University of Michigan scope included in this cost estimate are as follows:
? Activity 1 is to provide maintenance and support of the U-M STARRS Data Enclave This work will cover the period June 2020 through February 2025.
? Activity 2 is to carry out Waves 3 and 4 of a multi-mode (web and telephone) follow-up survey of participants from previous STARRS-LS data collections. This work will span April 2020 through December 2024.
? Activity 3 is adding data from the STARRS-LS Wave 3 surveys into the STARRS restricted access public use holdings at ICPSR
