Since 2017, the Youth Policy Lab (YPL) has served as a strategic data partner, supporting the Detroit Chamber?s vision through the use of program evaluation and data analysis in service of increasing postsecondary access and success. This proposal seeks to clarify the partnership between the Chamber and YPL and to articulate clear deliverables and timelines for future work.
