Marans says despite increased awareness of sustainability on UM campus, behavior changes have been slower

two women at sustainability town hall meetingThe 5th annual survey for the Sustainability Cultural Indicators Program has been launched. The survey tracks sustainability culture at the University of Michigan. The survey has found increases in awareness around sustainable food, but decreases in awareness of sustainable travel and transportation. Robert Marans says, 'Behavioral changes have been slow. Things haven’t changed that much in some areas over the past four years as we had hoped.'
