Biography
Wen Chang is a Research Area Specialist Lead in Survey Research Operations. She received her master’s degree in statistics from Stanford University and has specialized in survey and market research. She has worked on a wide variety of projects, ranging from market research for commercial companies to nationally representative longitudinal and cross-sectional surveys. She implements complex sample design and weighting, conducts statistical analysis of paradata and survey data, designs and builds tailored dashboard reports to improve the efficiency of survey research operation. Ms. Chang is currently interested in developing data visualization techniques to facilitate understanding of complicated data.
