SRC International Unit Projects

Capacity building, including survey infrastructure and technical innovations

The SRC IU has a strong focus on capacity building, with activities including both development and ongoing support of survey infrastructure in-country as well as technical innovations to meet the needs of specific data collection projects.

Methodological consultation projects

The SRC IU has provide methodological consultation on a number of survey projects to countries worldwide and in a variety of substantive areas, providing such services as sampling design, questionnaire design, interviewer training, and quality control systems design and support.

Survey methods research projects

The SRC IU has engaged in a variety of methodological projects, including both empirical research on methods issues in international settings as well as questionnaire pretesting and external quality assessment for other international surveys.
