Biography
Shonda Kruger Ndiaye is a Survey Director in the Project Design and Management Group. She has over 20 years of experience in survey project management. Since 2013, she has directed operations on the Panel Study of Income Dynamics (PSID) and its related supplements. She has managed projects employing most data collection modes in various combinations. She especially enjoys working on new technical systems to improve operational processes, training interviewers, and providing consultation and training on data collection operations and management to international researchers.
