SRO project leads manage development, testing, and coordination of all survey activities, ensuring efficient project implementation, cost monitoring, and reporting.
Each SRO sponsored project is assigned a project lead who works closely with researchers to plan and implement each project. The project lead acts as a liaison with the primary investigator and research team and is responsible for the overall coordination of all SRO project activities.
SRO project managers are trained in survey methods, project management techniques, and the technical systems required to ensure efficient survey implementation. Our experienced team of project managers and support staff will provide highly customized project materials, data collection protocols, and service. They will coordinate activities across the SRO sampling, technical services, and data collection sub-units to ensure smooth project implementation.
As needed, they will develop and coordinate Internal Review Board submissions, and they will work with external vendors to secure project supplies or additional services such as batch updates of respondent addresses, batch mailing services, or optical scanning of paper questionnaires and other forms. A Senior Project Advisor is assigned to every project to provide high level direction as needed, to assure consistent application of SRO policies and standards, and to represent the project to the SRO Administrative team.
A financial analyst is assigned to every project to monitor costs and report the fiscal status of the project. Project leads work closely with the financial analyst, utilizing interactive reporting systems and cost monitoring tools to update cost projections on a regular basis and provide the client with accurate estimates of final project costs.
